Synergy was an opportunity for students to play Professionals roles as they would in the media industry. The faculty set up a Community Television Channel within the SGT university campus. The students were trained for the roles of Reporters, Anchors, Technical staff at News Desk, Input and Output editors. During the three days of the festival, the students went live on our Community television channel, presenting reports about Synergy, visitors and models prepared by different departments. All these were presented in the news format and telecast live on a wall sized LED screen, for everyone to see. Our Anchors in the Stall cum Studio interviewed the big-wigs of SGT University as well as the guests who were visiting us.

The Community Television that went live from our stall won the Chancellor’s Choice Award at the end of the festival.
