Mansi Arora Tandon is Soft Skills Trainer in Centre for Languages and Communication, Shree Guru Gobind Singh Tricentenary University. Having earned experience of more than 15 years with corporate as well as the education industry. Mansi comes with over 5 years of extensive experience in learning and development. Her experience has largely been in the role of a trainer and a manager of trainers at large multi-national companies in the IT & ITES domain and also with different colleges. Her core competence includes design and development of training programs, training delivery and designing training calendars catering to different internal & external clients. Mansi has also actively been involved with training instructors and supervisors in techniques and skills for training and dealing with employees as well as developing testing and evaluation procedures. Some of the roles that Mansi has performed in the learning & development function include managing new hire trainings, designing the training calendar, TNI, training, measuring tools, designing & customizing content. Some training programs for middle managers & frontline executives include campus to corporate program, effective communication skills, negotiation skills, team building, time management, motivation, presentation skills, customer service excellence, change management, situational leadership and “7 Habits”.

Mansi is MBA Graduate from Symbiosis with specialization in Human Resource Management. She specializes in Commerce from Delhi University. Having worked n diverse industries like BPO, Travel, ITES and Education and companies give her a comprehensive picture of learning.

She has published a Grammar outline workbook named “Let me communicate” for all students to grasp all the concepts of structural and functional grammar. Attended and Cleared TTT (Train the Trainer) program with British Airways, InterGlobe and HCL Technologies. Conducted 10 Workshops in various Government colleges of Gurugram on Employability and Career guidance. Also conducted a 9 days workshop with Barclays on Employability and Soft skills for 3 months.

• B.Com (P) (2003) from Delhi University

•  A Level (2003) Diploma course in Computers from DOEACC society
